Terms and Conditions.

Payment: We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and Postal Money Orders. (if paying by money order, it must clear prior to shipping).

Tax: California residents add 8.25% tax.  Purchasers in other states must pay sales tax as the current law requires.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping/freight charges. All orders are sent either FedEx or UPS overnight but we can use Delta Dash upon request.  I do not individually price out how much packing materials cost me.  To compensate, shipping charges are base on FedEx overnight rate on all shipments.  Sometimes the actual cost to me is a few dollars less.

Guarantees: All animals for sale are honestly represented, healthy and feeding unless otherwise agreed (for example, an experienced herper may be comfortable purchasing non-feeding hatchlings at a reduced price).  No guarantees on discounted animals.

Live Arrival: All animals are guaranteed for live arrival and for 12 hours after the shipment arrives at your home. When receiving Delta Dash shipments, you must open the package immediately at the airline's facility to make sure that no theft or accidental death has occurred during the shipping process. Once you have possession of the shipment please examine your animals make certain that it is alive. After the twelve hour time limit expires we assume no further liabilities. This policy exists because once an animal leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its care or environment.  If accidental death occurs during shipment, buyer is required to immediately make arrangements to ship deceased animal back to A. A. M. Snakes  with dry ice or cold packs in order to begin the refund process. A. A. M. Snakes will pay for shipping of deceased animal. No body, no refund. Please be aware that all animals are digitally photographed prior to shipping to facilitate the identification of any deceased animals lost during transit.

Properly Sexed: There is a limited guarantee on the sexing of animals.  All animals are honestly represented, but sometimes errors occur.  A. A. M. Snakes will replace an animal that has been sexed incorrectly with an animal that is the correct sex when one becomes available.  If no like animal is available, the purchaser will have the choice of either waiting until an animal of the same species and correct sex is available, or credit toward the purchase of another animal.  A. A. M. Snakes will pay for the return shipping of the incorrectly sexed animal. Please be aware that all animals are digitally photographed prior to shipping to facilitate the identification of any purchased animal.

Outside of Guarantee: It is the intention of A. A. M. Snakes to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please notify us immediately so that steps can be taken to rectify the situation. Even if your issue falls outside of the above printed guarantee, please tell us why you are dissatisfied.  The above guarantees are intended to dissuade those who  would try to take advantage of us. If you have a legitimate complaint, we would like to hear about it, and do what we can to satisfy you.  Any complaints outside of the above printed guarantee will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
